been trying top update my radio this is the right software when i insert the usb and turn on the radio i get the message asking to update when i press the button yes the screen will go blank and will stay like that for hours untill i turn the car off and it wont update the car is having issues with sound right now when i use android auto the car sound starts shuddering and and freezes up
