The radio doesn’t turn off when I turn off the key, even with the car locked. When I approach the car, the radio recognizes the cell phone and turns on automatically, despite being paired. I almost always have to go to my phone and connect Bluetooth to start it. Sometimes, when I turn it on, the sound goes dead and I have to reset it to get the sound back on. The steering wheel controls work, and I can control the volume and change tracks. What can I do to get everything back to the way it was with the original radio, regarding turning it off and on with the car key and never connecting if the key is not in the ignition?
I’m quite happy with the sound quality and didn’t want to have to return it because of these issues.
