1. Hello, I updated my radio but I still have the same problem, my smartphone does not stay connected, it disconnects every 10 seconds when I use android auto wireless.

   • Please disconnect it first. Then delete the Blurtooth name of the radio from your mobile phone. Then connect it again.

   • Please kindly download this version of MCU and this version of firmware via the following links.

2. Since IOS 18 Carplay disconnect sometimes

   • Please kindly reset the radio. You can touch Home-Settings-Reset to factory settings to reset the radio. Then pelase kindly delete the Bluetooth name of the radio from your iPhone. Then connect it again.

3. I am looking for a software update for this type H-L-7005-86-240106. Which starts with a vw logo.

   • Just download this firmware and then follow our steps to customize the booting logo yourself.

     • Im looking for an VW boot logo for my H-L-7005-86-240126

       • Please kindly update the latest version of firmware. Then you can customize the booting logo yourself.

4. Ya no es necesario actualizar el MCU?, recuerdo que antes en esta pagina agregaban el firmware y el mcu y se debían actualizar ambas.

   • Yes, the MCU software updating is not required now.

5. I updated to the new software but now i get no bluetooth or carplay connection i updated it a second time i removed all bluethooth and carplay connection and wanted to connect it new but i cant connect them

6. Hallo, wie kann ich das VW Logo ändern?
   Hätte lieber beim starten ein Skoda Logo.
   Ist dies eventuell möglich?
