I have a 7009 radio, buy on amazon, installed on my ford focus.
I updated the firmware to the latest version (24.12.07) and I want to report some bugs that I hope you can solve as soon as possible:
1. (this is blocking) when you turn the radio back on after leaving the car parked for more than an hour you can no longer hear the audio, it is useless to activate the mute and remove it or do any other operation. The only way to restore the audio functioning is to change the home style (the radio resets and the audio is heard again).
2. when you change the home style, it loses the previously set settings (time, etc.) while it correctly maintains the stored radio stations.
3. when you turn the radio back on after leaving the car parked for more than an hour, it has lost connectivity with the Android phone (for Android Auto) and therefore it is necessary to perform the association again.
3. The Autolink Pro in wireless connection has never worked (I have not tried with the cable).
In my opinion, with some improvements to be made to the firmware, we can get to an excellent product!
Hi, the main power will be cut off after the car parked for long. But the sound can work fine if you turn the radio off correctly. Normally the radio will be powered on/off with the ar engine.
