    I bought a radio with this firmware online at Amazon, and after a few days, I saw that I could update my radio. The problem is that I tested it with two different USB sticks, both under 32 GB. I encountered an issue where, at 35% of the update, the screen freezes (the subtitle), and then the radio crashes. After that, I tried disconnecting the car battery to force the radio to shut down and reboot, but all I get is a black/gray screen. I hope you can help me with this issue. My software version is from 15.05.2025, and I tried to update to 04.08.2025.

    j’ai acheté un de vos produits sur amazon et je n’arrive pas à changer de logo ni à savoir si mon firmware est à jour. j’aimerais bien que vous m’aidiez à trouver la solution. voici mon numéro de serie : H-M-7038-250708
